He is an employee of Richmond Football Club. We will have to pay out his contract, but that expires this year anyway. Win-Win scenario.

No offense taken champ, this is a forum for everyones opinion,

There is a perception out there, generally thanks to the media that we eat our own and dont treat our coaches fairly, although the past 10 years indicate otherwise, this seems to be over looked by most.

I have always been of the opinion that there is a coaches club where they like to stick up for each other and by sacking Wallace the unfair tag will raise its ugly head again and may impact any new coach deciding to take the Richmond job.

In saying that the situation is now becoming a farce and maybe the club needs to make the tough decision and sack him because this cannot go on because our losses will start turning into massive floggings.

Unfortunately i no longer feel you are the right person to be coach of the Richmond Football Club. Quite clearly the players did play for you today, as they would not have attacked the ball with the intensity they did today.

The problem was, as the coach and master of this team - YOU have let them down. You had this team working so hard to provide for a forward line which had the worse structure i have ever seen in nearly 10 years. It is either your structure, your insructions, your teachings or all of the above that has caused this.

Sometimes in life it is not about "Quitting" or "not seeing something through" that is important - It is doing what you know is right.

You know that you have no answer to making this side perform the way you would like them to.

You know that you have not or will not fulfill your on your promise of how this team will perform.

It is clear as the look on your face will the game rolls on that you know all of these things.

So it's not a matter of "quitting" - but putting the team before yourself and doing what is right for your team.

Please step down so we can move on as easily and quickly as possible. I don't want their to be articles or radio feedback slamming our coach, our side and the speculation of when you will be sacked and who will replace you when that moment ultimately comes - which we all know will happen sooner than later.

This season and the past 5 you have been involved in have been disappointing enough as it is - please let us supporters move on from it as quickly and smoothly as possible.

The Bulldogs players told him to **** off early if he didn't want him to be there the next year. Our Club and players should do the same. It time to go Terry for the sake of us all including yourself.....

Great Thread. We should start a petition and get rid of the idiot.

I meant he left his contract a year early, the flak about him trying to coach the 2 games remaining games for that season is a different matter, but I agree today was it for Terry, he knows it we know it surely the board knows it.

JON can **** off out of it with Wallace. I'm sick of the love this absolute hack gets. All his hand holding love buddies on here don't even know why they like him. They stick up for him for no reason at all. He's a liability, doesn't even look anything like a footballer out there. Give the kid a basketball and kick his arse out the door!

Please take Mr Jade Rawlings our forward line Coach with you. He obviously
has zero idea of what he is doing. I don't care if he is Richo's brother in law, fire him.
The forward structure was laughable.
Please take Royal as well. I believe he has some responsibility as our skills coach.

I'd prefer it if you all went to another afl club so that they can endure the torture that we have had to endure.

I used to think the same, but now I really couldnt give a fat rats clacka what perception outsiders have of us, its all true anyhow, we're a laughing stock! We are a club thhat everyone in the media knows is reactive and will flip flop to try and pander to popular demand for fear of ridicule. We lack substance and true belief.
We need to shutdown, cull and relaunch from the ground up, get the right people in there, work out the plan and then stick with it with mule stubborness and don't let the media, fans anyone dictate executive decisions.
Get wallace out now and to hell with any perspective coaches who will tut tut about it, they can **** off too. Get the right people in their, problem is will we?

the forward line sucks, only jon could find easy marks, but because he cant kick, its as good as a turnover. too many handballs and no movement forward by the midfield.

Wouldn't it make sense to hire a forward as our forward line coach. The guy kicked 96 goals in his career.

He had the balls to lead today like he usually does. Took 9 marks, the same amount as Shultz and Jack R together. Personally JON played much better than Shultz and i thought he played considerably better than Jack R. Im glad to see him taking these marks because half the time when we have the ball and half back we chip sideways and backwards because no-one else is working hard enough to create space for a mark or working hard enough for a mark.
Yes his disposal isn't the best but the bloke is having a ****ing dip. Is anyone going to say delist Foley he's the worst player etc becasue he turns it over a lot as well?

That wont happen because the media doesn't bag them. Every possession is watched closely by everyone because it seems they want him to stuff up. Tambling is another one. He plays well and one turnover is a HUGE mistake.

Plenty of time Cogs, Foley, Bowden had the ball and it resulted in turnovers. But we wont talk about the cogs and Foley ones because the media wont.

JON did stuff up a few times, not saying he didnt. But he was the only one leading, the only one wanting the ball. GIVE HIM A BREAK.

I'm more pissed off at Lids, he is one of the fastest people in the game yet when he doesnt have the ball, he isnt fast...??? JON chased someone 60m and missed the tackle by about a second, just got the kick away.

Back to the thread- we suck. I hate bagging the club but our forward line (cant really call it that) is just not there. I dont understand how they think it can kick a winning score?

It is time for Wallace to be shown the door. Wasting time with him from here on in. Gives the new coach half a season to check out the side. Heaps of top shelf assistant coaches champing at the bit to coach.

i thought he did better than most as a lead up half forward. needs to tidy up his disposal but there were many who were far worse today.
