..went through the fixture on a 'vibe' and I reckon we will win that many, or at worst 15 or 6.

we are a bloody good team, it will soon be time for the strut to return and the beloved PREMIERSHIP QUARTER!!!

Nice coat.

Firstly, didn't really need it's own thread.

Secondly, let's just say we beat all of last year's bottom 8 teams (exc West Coast) that we come up against for the remainder of the year. That's 5 wins.

That means we need at least another 5 wins form the other 8 games against fair quality opposition. Can we do that? ATM yes, but time will tell.

"One Week At A Time" if you please. Especially after where we have come from.

Agreed Mr K but geez ain't just this very fact which shall truly define the joy of where we're going! ;):thumbsu:

15 games IMO.

By my calculations, that will put us in 3rd at year's end, ahead of Hawthorn and Sydney. My calculations also show us playing Collingwood in a prelim.

WRITE IT DOWN :thumbsu:

.. went back through the old Spudchamber thought bubble threads on a 'vibe' and I reckon that many could be consolidated into one random thought thread, or at worst 15 out of 6.

On a brighter note, at least there are now paragraphs and some structure to make it easier to read.

Not sure how this needed another new thread.

Tipped is to finish top 4 prior to the season commencing, so we are still on track with a lot of work to be done.:thumbsu:

We have performed well without kruze, however like pies, hawks and as we have now seen with essendon if one of best (judd murph) goes down we are royally screwed. We do not rely on Judd because we have murph - but take them out and we are seriously depleted.

Lets hope we remain injury free, retain our mental strength, have luck with the umps and all the other factors which can combine to destroy a good team.

We haven't won 16 or 17 yet, and thats the reason we dont count chickens.

you gotta have FAITH, FAITH, FAITH..

but Kruzer, Bower , Houla, Hendo should fix our structures..and we should smash Sydney, West Coast and Richmond and lousy Bummers again!!!

Lets beat port adelaide first, which i think is going to be a lot closer than people think. I think hendo should have played this week also. Hawthorn is getting beat so winning today is HUGE. With Kreuze Houla and hendo back very soon along with Bower we are looking good. BUT Carlton have gotten ahead of themselves before. An injury to JUDD and or MURPhy and gee!!

While we shouldnt get overly excited about the chicken count, its not too much to actually acknowledge that we have the damn things, and whats shaping up to be a nice henhouse at that.

Its round 11, we've got 3 games in a row against non victorian teams at Etihad that are definitely winnable, we've got the tigers after that at the G which is definitely winnable. Then the Bulldogs who are hardly sertting the world on fire. Theres no reason NOT to be positive about whats coming.

Wins against the Lions, E-girls, Swans, Richmond and Dogs will mean nothing if we can't beat Essendon, Freo and Hawthorn later in the year IMO.

It's great to be winning, but I want to win the important ones.

In the legendary 1995 premiership year we dropped two games for the season - to the two lowest teams on the ladder. Ill take wins against lower teams just as much as I will the higher teams. Cheers.

Every game is important irrespective of where the opposition sits on the ladder.

It's the 4 points that counts always.

Beating hack teams will not make us great. Beating the top teams will.
