Website Revamp

My Sources say the Carlton website will be re-vamped on Thursday - dont no to what extent and what the plans are though.

Triggered some thought provoking - what does everyone think would be some good improvements or changes... maybe we can even foward some on.

Most AFL club site are the same, so maybe its just an info update.

Collingwoods is great. Has videos and interviews. i just like the way theirs is set out.

I'd like more info to be provided for fans. And give us more of an insight into the weekly goings-on of the CFC.

I would like to see the player list on one page showing;
Name, Number, Height, Weight and games played.
On one page so we can just scroll down instead of going into player then out again to go to another etc etc.We can easy compare players.
The bottom of the page should show the average height & Weight and games played.

It is not far away. Was meant to happen a couple of weeks ago but these things always tend to go over time.

I saw the new layout a couple of months ago and it is a big improvement IMO.

With all the gun 17, 18 and 19yo players on our list who are still growing in height and contantly bulking up I'd love to see them update the height and weight of players AT LEAST once a year!

That will be happening with the revamped site. Video content produced by the club will be put up on the site on a regular basis.

I'm sure all club websites will be built with the same generic template. It's just simpler for Telstra that way.

looks nice. i sure do love the afl revamp.
and carlton have taken a similar approach.

The afl website is too cluttered, hopefully there's less ads on the club ones.
