Boys and Girls,
I'm getting married in January, and we are also doing all the music ourselves. The event is in NZ, which means it's hard to organise bands and DJ's from Oz. Furthermore, most wedding DJ's are total rubbish and only play the stuff that they want.
What I want to know is what song/songs would get you on the dancefloor?
Requirements:
- There has to be a blend from the 60's right thru to now
- Nothing crude
- No rap/ r'n'b
- No metal
- You have to be able to dance to it
- No "usual wedding rubbish" i.e Nutbush, Bus Stop, Macarena, etc
I have a fairly good idea of what I want to play, but I don't want usual "wedding filler". Our whole day is a bit different, so I want some different stuff.
