The first green shoots appeared in Adelaide last year, so it’s fitting that he stamped his authority on a Semi Final in the 3rd quarter, at the same ground.

Was huge when Newcombe was less prominent. In the Premiership quarter no less.

One thing I love is that once every three weeks this year people have been saying “this is Josh Ward’s best game”

Just shows his trajectory, that he has a personal best game every few games this year

Spot on. His composure in heavy traffic and his ability to then hit a target by foot or hand was elite. Just saw Sammy's presser and he thought it was probably his best game for the club.
