As I stated before the game, Wallace has really stuffed this list up, and well after he is gone, his legacy will still be there (it happend to us too)...and it will be more years of pain - but after 30 odd years, what's another 5 or so? The bloke is a joke...he walked into our club with a gun list at hand, and should have won 2 flags whilst he was at the helm. He walked into your club with a 5 year plan, and the list he has tailored to his own has gone downhill from there...shows us all that Danny Frawley wasn't that bad after all.
Tambling, Tuck, White, King, Edwards, McMahon, Graham, Hislop, Hughes, Jackson, Moore, Pattison, Pteffifer, Schulz, Simmonds and Thursfield are all list cloggers. Simple fact, their level of skill is not up to AFL football, and these blokes simply do not demand the football. In certain situations, they don't want the ball given to them.
Bowden, Brown, Cousins, Johnson, Richo (champion, I have complete respect for the bloke - he is the only one though), and Simmons - 6 blokes over 30 is simply too many. Richo tries his heart out week in week out, and I love the way he goes about his footy, but it's hard to make a genuine argument for any of the other 5. Why are they still on your list? Your premiership window is well off, so there is no point in average footballers such as Joel Bowden being on your list.

-The McMahon trade, HORRIBLE. Bulldogs picked up Ward with the pick.
-The Leon Cameron, HORRIBLE. Bulldogs picked up Hahn and Hargrave with picks.

- Tambling, HORRIBLE. WTF? A good runner, that is soft, has a pea heart, and no football skill whatsoever.

The Richmond yardstick has to be Essendon.

Both teams have a similar mix of younger and older players. Both teams finished just outside the 8 last year.

Both teams have played Carlton early on. Touted as an assured top 8 (possibly top 4) side.

Richmond require a coach that can change this culture of fear. And it is not Terry Wallace. I don't agree that wholesale changes need to be made to your playing list. But TW needs to go. And a new coach is required that can instill into the players the belief and confidence to see a game and season through.
