My guess is there is a wildcard vig.

But there's also an evil wc. So there may be another wolf or mafia or serial killer. Or arsonist..... Hang on I think that's it. Two arsonists and they both set fire to their targets last night. It does say they can ignite any time. Do they get as many ignitions as they can use BRAB or just the one?
