Reaper is all over the place but the known Jobe for a while now, why recruit a Jobe?

Confirmed the same time I was as the seer.

I did find it strange that he hasn't really done anything with his role.

Why do we 'need' more options? That would just create more confusion and uncertainty.

And in fairness if I was the vamp one of the first people I'd want on my team is the Reaper, as he'd be able to come up with a decent plan for how to win, regardless of the position we were in.
