Will this make much difference playing the Roos? Have no idea what their record is in the wet - hasn't been much wet, other than at SS and we handled it reasonably well.

On News of the Ch 9 Today program said fine all week, 20 Saturday and wet and showery Sunday (whatever that means?) I think we'll be ok - have to contain Harvey and Petrie somehow regardless of weather.Dunno about wet - showers developong and 22c?? 22 sound like a pretty good day to me!!

Harvey is easily our best player in the wet.Overall it might suit the shin boners a bit better as it will slow our transfer of play.
But then again our "slow" midfield will probably dominate as the effectiveness of Wells and Harvey would be negated somewhat and we all know how much Jimmy loves the wet.

If it is wet it will suite the small forwards more so than the talls such as McIntosh and Hale, Ottens etc.
Given the loss of Egan, the wet weather might work in our favour.
As cat fanatic said, if it is wet it will help us with the loss of Egan.
Selwood, Jimmy and ABlett to shine in the wet.
