What are you boycotting

As a man who has been boycotted by girls (girlcotted?) for like 30 years I feel it is time to start dishing things out in the other direction. It feels good!

Have you ever boycotted anything? Are you presently boycotting anything? If so what, and why?

For me

ubisoft games in general - because of the Rayman silliness.

Microsofts new console - on the provision that the always online rumour is actually true. As someone who experienced regular drop outs on Diablo 3 even though I was playing single player I can't support this just yet. I will only end in tears.

Games where you have to play as a grizzled hurr manly man - I suffered through a combined half hour of gears 1 and 3 and that was all I could take of playing as that stubbled spadger in a bandana. Same goes for kratos. Boring campaigners.

So yeah, what are you boycotting?

Fair enough if it's announced, but at the moment it's all just hear say.

I think I may boycott Gearbox at the moment. What they done with Alien's sounds pretty shit.

Ubisoft still have a tremendous amount of love from me because of the goodness that is Far Cry 3. I will continue to boycott Prince of Persia games after they killed off their terrific reboot from 2008 for the soulless movie tie in,

Anyone boycotting Gearbox wholesale misses out on the beauty that is Borderlands 2.

Bethesda will most likely never see my money, I don't care how good their games are.

In all seriousness... I think until something genuinely becomes "must play" I'm boycotting MMRPG's aside from WoW. I've spent literally hundreds of dollars in MMRPG's over the past two to three years and play them for a week or two, maybe even a month or so sporadically, and then they just die. WoW is the only one that has sustained me since EQ2 and WoW were released.

I could say the same about Blizz/Project Titan simply because of how much of my life they have already stolen. I really do long for an awesome new MMORPG though, my last dabble was GW2, it looked so good and had so much potential but just ended as a major let down.

So yeah I agree, keeping my distance until something really stands out.

Didn't like far cry personally. Was looking forward to having something new on wiiu next month. Shan't be able to for no good reason. If they want to behave like chronic masturbators I will take my wanton ladybits elsewhere.

With the quality of games Ubisoft have been behind, surely you wouldn't boycott over something so insignificant?
