Went back to my PS2. Playing Atelier Iris: Eternal Mana. Because me likely arr pee jees.

Always wanted to play that game.

For me I'm playing...

Forza Motorsport 5 - Only got about 20 events in the career mode left to do, FH2 calls though.
Forza Horizon 2 - Just about to play this quickly before going to sleep, I know I'm going to love it.
FIFA 15 - Loving the improvements this year, FUT is as addictive as ever.
D4 - Haven't started yet but hoping to play it in one sittng tomorrow as it's only 5 hrs long (episodic game)
Watch_Dogs - Slowly chipping away at missions, nearly completed Act III
Titanfall - Only tried the attrition mode so far, really like it easy pick up and play MP.
Battlefield 4 - 64 player conquest, I really need to get premium.

A number of different games at the moment

GTA 5 Online: Basically being an idiot online. Dropping cars on people via helicopters etc
Super Smash Bros 3DS: My morning and afternoon commute are now awesome!
Minecraft 360 Edition: Playing this with my son, got a good seed world on Normal. We're playing co-op, built a house and slowly exploring the map. He wants us to organise a boat to visit the other islands. Basically its all up to him and I tag along as a bodyguard/pack mule of food. Bit like being a normal parent...

Looks like I must buy this game.

I just finished uncharted 2.

Game had some amazing elements, and some downright frustrating elements.

Drake is probably the best game character ever created, I love him, so funny and a real hero who you want to win.
ND do set pieces very well, they build great intensity with certain action points and do a great job of keeping the pulse racing.
The story was told really well, again the cut scenes were all done really well and it drew you in.
Game looked amazing for a 5 year old game, great locations and his variety.

I was compelled to finish it and enjoyed the exploring.

Unfortunately ND, in my opinion, suck at gameplay. I thought the simple style worked well in TLOU, it still suffered similar pitfalls whereby no new gameplay elements open up throughout the game, it's basically 4-5 different tactics used in every location.
It worked well in TLOU because that game was 90% story and the simple gameplay allowed that to flow. With uncharted it was very fidly, I died over 200 times and it really turned intense action scenes into chores as I just wanted to get through without accidentally leaping off a cliff or jumping towards a wall that actually doesn't have any grip.

The story I didn't really feel apart of, Drake would discover things and I'd not understand why or how. It also got very repetitive where he'd find something, baddie steals it, British girl pretends to double cross...

The controls and camera angles were so bad as well, too many times I'd leap off a cliff not realising it was there, or attempting to get out of cover and instead he'd spring off an edge. In a game where precision is needed the camera would move around too much so it made it hard, and having the same button to grab a ladder as well as jump meant I fell off that train so many times!!

Finally the combat was boring and repetitive, would have been nice to add some context sensitive combat, there were a few times when you could shoot out something flammable, but it never really evolved from there.

I'm normally quite good at games, but for some reason was just terrible at this. I know it's a little older but I much preferred tomb raider, in fact I think I even preferred Prince of Persia from about 10 years ago!

The game was not terrible, perhaps it was just my experience that made the game worse. I can certainly see the appeal of it, but it has turned me off the series and I'm a little jaded about buying a ps4 as uncharted 4 was a big reason for that...

Wow, I see uncharted 2 avg. 96 on metacritic, my experience obviously greatly differed to everyone else.

Next game I might just play with a guide so I don't suck so much.

Each to their own. I enjoyed the story and didn't have too many issues with the gameplay. Probably one or two small gameplay moments in Uncharted 2 and 3 that were annoying for me but not too bad to affect my overall experience.

My controller won't respond to the action where you're supposed to drop from the monkey bars
Haven't got to that part yet.

I got up the bit where she becomes an emo and was like..... yeah I'm not digging this, let's just go to bed, but the game won't let me haha

Yeah I think it was just my experience.

I'll play the 3rd and hopefully it will be better. I do enjoy the way ND make a game overall, just wish the core gameplay was a bit deeper.

Uncharted 3 is good, but then again, I enjoyed Uncharted 2 as well. I think they're pretty similar in terms of the concept and gameplay, but I do remember the graphics were beautiful in 3.

Cooled off a bit on Guild Wars 2 since some of the people I played with are taking a break, but I'm planning to finish off the dungeons and get into WvW with them once they are more active again.

Playing Arkham City properly now that I've finally got an Xbox controller, my PS3 controller was wonky when I tried last time around. Going to replay S.T.A.L.K.E.R: Call of Pripyat. Haven't tried it with the Misery mod I've heard so much about.

Also bought Lords of Xulima early access, though I will probably play Wasteland 2 for the time being instead of Xulima since W2 has been fully released.

I might be a bit behind the times here...being a cheap second hand bin scouring bastard with not too much time on his hands or an EB within 140km, means the New Release for $100 section usually gets bypassed for Pre-Loved/Post-Scratched games...I'm patient...plus I don't want the 2yo figuring out yet that the "DVD player" does something else besides play Nemo, Teletubbies and Maya The Bee...

Star Wars Battlefront I and II get regular runs here, timeless. I bought Gun in 2005, procrastinated for a few years, and then Red Dead Redemption came out and I stated and finished that (three years after release). Back to Gun...! The PS2 also gets a run with Battlestar Galactica, Destroy All Humans and Bounty Hunter...

Assassin's Creed (got them all, spread across both consoles, and have started a profile in all) is my big project at the moment, but I'm also trying to finish the second Batman...having a bit of trouble in one particular fight scene...!

I'm also cheating on Ricky Ponting Cricket...trying to build bonus points, I'm playing a test against England where me and my nephew have so far put on an opening partnership of well over 1000...I save at the end of every over, and restart if either of us gets out...! Funny thing is that it's the second innings (that's when the rort started), and it's still day 2...this innings has been going on and off since 2012...just a few overs every now and again...

Playing some old 360/PS3 games in the backlog, with some next gen thrown in.

Batman: Arkham Origins (360) - Playing this with the gf since we played the other arkham games together, good times.
Assassins Creed: Revelations (360) About time I catch up with this series, enjoying this entry so far.
Mass Effect (Replay) (360) - I think this is my 3rd playthrough but it's been awhile, trying for all achievements.
Forza Horizon 2 (XB1) - Best racer and most importantly the most fun racer I've played in years.
FIFA 15 (XB1) - Still going in FUT, scrapped my EPL side and made a Ligue 1 & 2/Russian League hybrid.
Shadow of Mordor (XB1) - This game is awesome and looks amazing, contender for GOTY.
