Fwiw, there were a number of quite influential people who came out of Broken Hill/Silverton in the 1980's. Are you aware of the McCleod's? More specifically, Lachlan McCleod? Last I heard he was back in Silverton drying out. I ask because someone out there must have turned you onto stuff like this.
