What changes do you want to see in 2026 and beyond?

I have been a member 22 years, experienced the highs of being there when we won the flag in 04 and the lows of sitting there in the pouring rain at AAMI while a horrible Richmond team smacked us Infront of about 12k fans and tarps everywhere. I've never felt more disconnected to the club than I do now though. The club is completely disconnected from the fans.

Genuinely interested in what people want to see change at the club. Hinkley will be out the door finally but what other changes would you make? Be it at board level, coaching personnel, list changes, gameplan. Just curious in seeing what others thoughts are on how Port Adelaide should move forward?

All the assistants need replacing, as does the SANFL coach. I wouldn’t mind Surjan being offered the SANFL gig.
The list needs to be significantly rebuilt.

Delistings/retirement should include:

Finalyason
McIntee
Boak
Mead
Williams

These players at the very least.

The board needs a cleanout. Half the board has been there a decade or more, it's just far too long for any sporting club board, let alone such an unsuccessful one. Koch, Cardone, Restas and Osborn need to go.

Administratively, I think CD has been in the chair too long. Hinkley is going to leave our list in a bit of a mess, it's not unfixable, but it'll take someone who is willing to make hard calls and be hard nosed in trade negotiations.

I'd like to see us actually try to develop a tall defender. I'm really happy with how we've developed Marshall and Georgiades and I think they'd be much better players under a better coach, and Vis is coming along well as a ruckman. But we haven't played a developing tall defender since what, 2017 with Logan Austin

Sack all assistant coaches, except Goldsack (I feel our defence is actually well organised and despite the score lines has been solid this year)

Before complaining about the state of our list, I would like to see a Carr overhaul of the game plan before I make full judgement.

Also interested to see a Marshall/Luko/Georgie/SPP/Rioli/DBJ/Richards forward line with a new forward line coach.

Never see Boak or Jed anywhere near the club ever again.

• Bring in a couple of free agents to reinforce the middle to bottom end of the best 23 (we've got the top end talent). The free agents preferably players who have had success and renowned for hard work.

Obviously, first and foremost, Ken out the door, but it really all comes down to Koch. Replace him with someone with all the right qualities and the rest will flow on.
