If you were to have a debate on which team had the best list of young players, how young would the players have to be to be included? Teenagers? under 21, under 22 or a bit older at under 23 or under 24?

you may want to include a poll in this. it is, afterall, the polls board.
anyway, i reckon 23 and under constitutes a young player, but in the end it is up to the poster starting a specific thread on kids to specify what he thinks a young player is.

Yeah the poll button wasn't working. How do I add one on?

Probably under 4 years on an AFL list. It obviously applies differently to different ages and types of players. A 22 yr old midfielder drafted at the age of 18 is really pushing it. If he were rookie listed at 20, that's a different proposition.

You'd probably give KPP's an extra year or two.

21 and under I would consider young , 22-26 middle stage , 27-30 odd veteran.

31 and over - normal veteran:confused:
