What is Essendon's best possible elimination final line up?

I understand that there are some Bombers players who are no chance of coming back this year, but what line up for the Carlton game are Bombers supporters the most optimistic for?

Just curious. I hope a near full strength Bombers can give Carlton a real shake and make a good contest out of it, I'd say most of us neutrals would want that.

Few thoughts on the teams posted:

• Think Carlisle will stay in the team.
• Ryder will be first ruck.
• Lonnergan played VFL this week, so might be a chance. Issue is I don't think he can play VFL next week as it is VFL finals.
• Would be surprised if Colyer played.
• Given the behaviour of the selection panel it seems they feel Welsh is in our best 22. Not sure if we can really fit him in though, or if he is really best 22.

Hurley will play forward to expose Carlton's KPP problems.
Watson is Carlton's biggest problem; if he gets on top we win - simple as that.
