I have put this question in front of many dudes as I'm doing here. If I have a punching bag & speed ball than what advantage I can take from it? I'm not asking these equipment's for the use of some professional sports training like boxing, martial arts etc. But I want to use it for fitness workouts. What's your views about it & any workout plan?
