Zinedine Zidane £45 million pounds - From Juventus (ITA) to Real Madrid (ESP)

World record transfer fee. Should fit into the free flowing spanish game easily. Classy Midfielder who scored 2 goals in the world cup final against Brazil in 1998.

Teddy Sheringham BOSMAN - From Manchester United (ENG) to Tottenham Hotspurs (ENG)

Veteran Striker returning to his old club.Won English Player of the year this year, and could team up with Rebrov to maybe put spurs into a UEFA cup position. Could be a huge success, or a major flop!

Juan Sebastian Veron £23.5m From Lazio (ITA) to Manchester United (ENG)

Powerful midfielder who will star in the premier league. However, only time will tell if he can adjust to the English game (which he should!)

Ruud Van Nistelrooy £19m From PSV (NED) to Manchester United (ENG)

Tall Powerful striker who scored tons of goals in the Dutch League. Will find it tougher though will more quality defenders.

Sol Campbell BOSMAN From Tottenham Hotspurs (ENG) to Arsenal (ENG)

One of the best defenders in the world. Tall, strong and will fit nicely into Keown or Adam's position.

Fillipo Inzaghi £17m From Juventus (ITA) to AC Milan (ITA)

Superstar striker who has scored consistenantly for Juve. Juve crazy to let him go!

Overall I'd say Veron will be the best buy! It pisses me off though that hes goin to a scum team like Man Utd, and not some decent team like everton :(

Brett Emerton to the Mighty Reds! (Well, im hoping anyway).

I agree...That would be sensational. I think Zizu is a champion and will enjoy the skillful Spanish league.

I'm still not convinced in Ruud, let's hope he doesn't prove me wrong!

Im spewing weve lost Teddy. But Nistelrooy and Veron are two bloody good replacements.

The transfers of the season will be....
Sergio Conceicao from Parma to Inter
or
Francesco Toldo from Fiorentina to Inter....remember Euro 2000? ;)

Ok well maybe those two transfers show a little bias :D I actually think that the best transfer will be Juan Sebastian Veron to Man U. Veron will laugh at some of the defenders in the EPL, it's a fair step down from the likes of Fabio Cannavaro, Alessandro Nesta, Laurent Blanc, Lilian Thuram, Paolo Maldini etc etc etc...

My greatest hope for next season is that Ronaldo can become even half the player he once was and team up with 'THE V-BOMBER' Christian Vieri. Maybe finally they can bring back SOME glory to my beloved Nerazzuri. :)

FORZA INTER!

Chris_23, great to see another Inter Fan!

Was Sergio Conceicao swapped for Frey???

And also a rumour, Georgatos (Olympiakos) will re-join Inter in a swap deal involving Hakan Sukur

QT! GOOD STUFF MATE!

Yep, Frey was a bit unreliable last season so he's gone to Parma, Conceicao to Inter and Buffon to Juventus, very complicated deal!

I'd love to see Grigorios Georgatos back at Inter, Hakan Sukur was OK but he'll struggle to get a game ahead of Ronaldo, Vieri, Recoba (if he gets off his passport ban:() Also i think we have finally re-called Nicola Ventola back from Atalanta and we also re-called Mohammed Kallon who is a young striker who was loaned out to Vicenza. Inter can be a good team again but they need a good left sided player, Georgatos could be the player.

Look out for Stephane Dalmat next season, he is an absolute freak! ;)
