"At my first Copeland Trophy night, Des came up to me and introduced himself, he said he thought I could be a good player, but told me I was too soft."
"He'd been inducted into the hall of fame that night and I watched him splitting packs on the highlights. He told me he was going to make me tough and when I first went to his house he threw a ball on the ground and told me to pick it up."
"As I did he just ran into me as hard as he could. He's 64, but he's still tough and his eyes tell you what it means to wear the black and white strip."

It is no coincidence that I want to see become a tough, down the line half-back. Des Tuddenham is a great teacher because he played TOUGH. I've seen footage of him - he was a class act, a match-winner, and a leader. I would love to see Harry split a few packs tonight!!! :D

Tudenenho's attack and toughness was evident last Saturday.

Hardness is good to see, but it's not all he needs to work on obviously. His decision making and disposal when he tries to break the lines, but can't, needs to be worked on. Hopefully this will improve with experience.

Anyone seen HarryO lose his feet in a contest yet?

Last year he got a free paid against him because Burgoyne slipped and Harry kept his feet, and the umpire said too high OR in the back. Burgoyne kicked a goal, HarryO unlucky.

Last week more evidence, beating three out of defence.
