News Where did they go? What has happened to delisted/retired players?

Not sure if this is the right forum for this question but here it goes. Does anyone know if there is a list of players that did participate the Grand Final Retiring Players motorcade? There seems to be more media reports about who didn't i.e. Dusty but not who did. The GF Record has a list of retirees but not sure they all took part in the motorcade. Happy for any suggestions

Was not many AFL players. Only a few utes and half were Olympians and AFLW players. Which I thought was weird.
If I remember
Hawkins and Touhy, Jarod Lyons and about 4-5 others only.
Jessie Hogan was in one as Coleman winner.
And one with retiring umps which got booed :)

Retired Lion set to continue career alongside brother at SANFL club
“I think we’ll be coming back to Adelaide which will be nice,” Lyons said on SEN SA Breakfast.
“A possible return to Glenelg to play with my brother might be on the cards.
“There is a lure of playing with my brother who was here (in Brisbane) for four years and we never actually got to play together.
“It was a tough decision. In the end one of my mentors said, ‘In 30 years if you look back and say you had the chance to play with your brother and you didn’t do it, how are you going to feel about it?’.
“That was one of the main reasons. Family is big thing for us. It’ll be great fun too.”
Lyons revealed that he sought out some coaching work at both Port Adelaide and the Crows but the South Australian clubs were unable to facilitate because of the timing.
“I spoke to Port and Adelaide but there wasn’t exactly any sort of AFL roles,” he added.
“They’d been finished for so long before the Grand Final came along that they’d appointed a few people in those areas.”
Regarding his decision to call time on his AFL career, Lyons simply felt the opportunities to be a starting inside midfielder had been diminished due to the quality of player at the current AFL premiers.
“I was 32 and as an inside mid we’ve got Lachie Neale and Josh Dunkley who had great seasons,” Lyons said further.
“That’s just the way footy is sometimes. I had a great time.
“The VFL was really rewarding. A lot of young guys that came through there played in the Grand Final. You look at Logan Morris and Kai Lohmann, guys I worked closely with, it was really rewarding to see those guys get that reward in their second and third seasons.
“I was sitting with Dyson Heppell in the stands and we looked at each other thinking ‘14 years of this and we never got to experience it and there’s a couple of guys out there playing in their 20th game and winning a flag’.
“That’s the great game, isn’t it. They’re that hard to win and that’s why you enjoy them (when you do).”

I got the bloody bloke Vossy was sitting next to wrong as well, it was Roy Hodgson not Harry Redknapp according to an article I just read.

I really should be getting a cognitive test, LOL!

Don't worry about it mate, you got the important bloke right 💪

Might be time for you to go do your hot yoga session and blow out some of those cobwebs.
Good point, could be a factor, I haven't been able to do it since last Wednesday because of an infected foot, could barely walk.

I went for a swim on Bribie Island last Tuesday and got a cut on my foot from a submerged object, foot swelled up by late Friday and was extremely painful so ended up at PA Hospital emergency on Saturday night, I thought it may have been blood clots, the beach incident didn't even dawn on me, but with questioning that is what the doctors diagnosed.

No Hot Yoga for me for at least the next few days, I'll probably spend too much time on here and get myself a ban out of sheer boredom.

I'd love to see Harry nail down a spot at the Demons and go on to have really good career.. another Ben Keays/Mitch Hinge like success story, win win.
Can certainly see him getting games with the Dees.
Whether he is able to get a consistent run is another thing entirely.
But he has gone to a club that do tend to use their wingers better and more often than we do here at the Lions.

Must have been a late call-up for his older brother (Darcy Daniher) to replace him tonight as he is still celebrating his premiership victory wherever he might be right now around the world with that beautiful moustache of his ;)

On a serious note though, where was this taken cause can't seem to find any info on the internet at all?
