I think you mean lethargic, not laconic. Laconic means ‘of few words’ as in speech. Lethargic means ‘sluggish, slow and indifferent.’
No I wanted to say lackadaisical but auto edit changed it and yes, I'm aware of the meaning of the words thanks.
