Got an email today from this third party company I am contracted to, which I have zero to do with. Meaning, they didn't get me this job. The company I am employed by need to go through them because the corp i work for only deal with a few agencies.

This afternoon the third party company I have never spoken to send me a long email. The first 3 paragraphs inform me how the corp I work for have a new policy which allows them to terminate any contractor without reason and not adhere to the initial terms and conditions by NOT paying them in leiu.

The tone of the email lightens when it finishes by saying I can hire one of their account managers to try and give me as much notice as possible should this ever happen to me.

I was bewildered.

So the company has a new policy which annuls all previous contractual agreements?

I want what they're smoking. Might enact me a new policy of my own to annul my ISP contract and save me cancellation fees.
