The party is well and truly over up Brisbane way. The side is in transition and looks a shadow of the side which won 3 in a row. Johnno Brown will keep them competitive, but if it's another year of him missing large chunks of the year then the lions are well and truly in trouble.

9-12. There are many youngsters in the team and only a few experianced players. There is a chance that the Lions will be prone to injuries again and the likes of Lappin and Johnson are near the end of their careers. Time will tell us how long those two players will last. Despite losing some premiership stars, youngsters like Rischitelli, Stiller, Sherman and Adcock will give the fans something to smile about.

9-12.
They still have alot of quality in the side like Charman, Lappin, Brown, Power, Black etc, plus the young guys in Sherman, Rischitelli, Stiller, Hooper, Roe etc.
I actually think they might surprise a few, especially if Jon Brown, Lappin, and Charman stay fit.

oh, and I forgot one other sleeper, the boy Hadlee. Wish him all the best with his knee too.

They have a few too many good players to finish at the bottom of the ladder but they have a lot or unexperienced players so they will be a bit inconsistent so I believe they will finish between 10-13. If Brown can play the whole year than they could finish up a lot higher.
