I went for Hawthorn as winning flags is fun. Other than that Brisbane and Perth have best weather so any of those 3 teams.

A 5 year contract - I'd have to take Richmond or St Kilda. Since I can't coach I'd certainly get the sack, but get 5 years pay anyway.
