We all know the great man was supposedly drafted and will obvously go on to become one of the greats of the game....so lets try and deduce which draftee he is
Andrew Gaff
Left-footer with a terrific game sense; imposes himself on games and has good pace and endurance combination. All-Australian team member in the 2010 NAB AFL Under-18 Championships, where he averaged 27 disposals at 79 per cent efficiency.
As you can see, Gaffs bio says he has sense so we can immediately remove him from the list...
Jack Darling
Kevin Sheehan says: Jack is an athletic tall forward who attacks the ball with ferocity and is strong overhead. He provides excellent defensive pressure in the forward 50. He was named in the under-18 All-Australian team in 2009 and again provided an excellent marking target up forward for Western Australia in 2010.
In his own words
What type of player are you?
A hard, courageous and competitive player who brings other players into the game.
When he is asked what type of player he is he begins to blow his own trumper, this would make him the favourite
Scott Lycett
Kevin Sheehan says: Strong-marking ruckman who is agile and super competitive. Team-oriented player who impressed with South Australia in the under-18 championships.
Pacemaker is definitely not team oriented.......Pacemaker is not Scott
Jacob Brennan
Bio: Half-back who took giant strides after making his debut for WAFL club East Fremantle in 2010. Played in the state under-20 side. Son of dual West Coast premiership player Michael Brennan, and will be selected under the father-son rule in the NAB AFL Draft
This guy looks like a bit of a douchebag.....possible pacey
Blayne Wilson
Kevin Sheehan says: Strong-marking medium defender who reads the game very well across half-back and uses the ball effectively. Earned All-Australian honours in 2009 and was consistent for WA at under-18 level this year, averaging 18 disposals at 78 per cent efficiency and five marks.
Hmmm.....a ranga? when i picture pacey i see him as a ranga....this could easily be him
Conclusion
Firstly when i read Darlings bio i thought, this must be him blowing his own trumpet but then i thought hey, Jack Darlings not a bad player so it cant be pacey, right?
I think im going to have to choose the ranga....its the most probable outcome
