Top thread, love it. Really, really hope Blinga goes well this weekend, and for the rest of the season. I'm not expecting much, but I do want the bloke to do well.

Really glad Bling gets his chance this week. Need to play most of the game for his confidence so I don't want him in the green vest.
It will be good to see him for once in his AFL career play in a good team. Richmond have been a rabble for years and he came into our team that were crap last year.
I think his speed, tackling pressure and attack on the ball will really stand out under Sando's game style. I reckon Craigy shot his confidence last year after the st Kilda (suspension) game. I reckon Sando will really encourage his aggression unlike Craig and his hard-man video display to the players. Hopefully he plays on a wing.

This is Tambos last chance. I remember watching him in the national champs and thinking he could be anything.

Now, maybe not ANYTHING, but I reckon somewhere he has IT in him.

Here's hoping he finds it this weekend.

Dont know really why but been hoping he would get a game . Even for Sturt does not star but is quick and mostly hard at ball .
i personally think been selected to play in backlines on one of their small quicks .
Extra speed in team good and hope not in green and gets some confidence early .
He is a player with ability so hope can add something to team that each week has a few passengers.
Loved the post Cap .
Wonder who he throws darts at picture of Walllace or Craig

Yer I hope he's not sub, dont think he will be either, on crows site they are talking about him as a direct swap for Mackay.

I cant wait to see his tackling, you should have seen it earlier in the year in the SANFL, he was Aiden Riley-like!

Hope he goes well.

Hope he's not crucified if he doesn't put in a best on ground performance.

Seriously funny Cap! But tell me, what does he need to get a pass mark?

He generally has good disposal by hand and tackles well. If he can actually hit his targets by foot people might sit up and notice.

He hasn't been picked once for the whole season even though we've used 35 players. It isn't the mean ol' BigFooty posters who have it in for him.

No I fully understand that Carl, just hope he isn't blasted unfairly is all.

I reckon, chuck him on the wing, or behind the ball like MacKay and he will provide a similar and perhaps over time a better role than what Mackay can. I'm not saying that we should get rid of MacKay, but Tambling has shown a strong ability to collect the ball when he was in Richmond. His disposal will only improve with confidence which he will get from faith from his Coach, getting some games, and winning.

I really believe if we give him a run in the midfield/wing where he doesn't have to mind a player in defence, and just let him loose, he can play his natural game and have a break outseason, similar to what we saw with Wells over the last 2-3 seasons. Some might say it's wishful thinking and the guy may be mentally weak after the years of psychological battering he received, but if we just allow him to play his natural game, we could add something we could use more of for our midfield. Just have faith...

great thread

great to see Bing get another opprtunity, looking forward to seeing him hopefully play D-Mac's role
