My 2 cents worth.
watching the better teams play, who realistically thinks we can compete at the pointy end? All very well to have form at the start but the pattern is injuries, loss of form and revert to defensive sideways rubbish.
2018 was great, we lauded our coaching panel’s changes and more relaxed ways, bucks was delegating. It was talked about as refreshing. Late 2019 & 2020, back to pre 2018.
Refreshing is the theme here, we need a refresh as we are in danger of becoming stale. Not sure if that means heads should roll, but we need to shift focus to the prize at any cost.
And FFS stop playing our gun KPF in defense or go all out to snag one from another club while this list is in the window. Maybe Brown, Hogan ..........

We're certainly stuck with Bucks (depressing little ring to it) until the end of 2021 unless he steps away - the injury excuse will let him get off with no punishment for this year. But if we look garbage next year I think he's in trouble. Routinely bad selection, sticking with guys that have no right to be AFL footballers, a rigid inability to adapt mid-game, etc etc.

This is ultimately a results driven job, and his results have been lacklustre more often than not. Clock is ticking

I think Solomon is a good shout. I’d be interested in Caracalla as an assistant (apparently doesn’t want the head gig) as well.
