Depends on what TW is going to do. If he decides to go harsh and drop a few players then, Hall, Roach and Jackson will probably go for Morrison, Tambling and Hartigan

If TW goes soft, then only Roach/Hall will go with either Morrison or Hartigan playing next week.

If we cant beat the Hawks next week, we will end bottom

I think Hartigan should be brought back in, probably to replace Roach (as big a fan I am of the kid). Could've been helpful out there today, with the Cats' small forward line.

if wallace belives today he picked the best 24 then he has to stick with them next week and show them his faith or else destroying their confidence and the clubs by knee jerk reactions, then causing players to play for their spot rather than the team

Stafford should automaticl come in and be slotted to FF, We need more variety then simmonds , and knobel is too ******** to play anywhere but tap ruck

Hope they give Morrison a crack at CHB as he couldnt do any worse then Hall, Hall trys hard but just cannot cut it

Highly unlikely that he'll drop Jackson given his post match comments . Despite not being happy with a couple of errors and decisions, overall he was happy with the way in which jackson went.

I wouldn't be totally over enthused by Pettifers game, OK, he kicked 3 goals -but 2 were from very soft frees and the other was a dodgy one over the back where he pushed hhis opponent fair and square in the back.

never been a fan of his but in a poor day for the team, 3 goals is good return.

i think if we have another performance like that one today some big names need to be dropped by wallace to show them he means business.frawley rarely had the guts to do that.

Oh the mistakes! It was painful to watch. The midfield were thrashed.
Newman has terrible skills. In fact just about every player has poor skills. Another Frawley legacy! Miller has to take a bit of the pain also. Wallace will take years to get rid of the hacks and improve the skills. Kellaway has been one of our best defenders (doesn't say much) and has worse skills than most local weekend footballers. Hyde doesn't have the class to be in the centre square let alone the side. The Midfield at one stage was Hyde, Tuck and Campbell. No wonder we were killed. I too was guilty of jumping on the Tuck bandwagon, he doesn't have the skills needed to be an ellite Midfielder.
Krakouer looks lazy. Ditto brown and Bowden.
Tivendale and Chaffey do good things then stuff it up by turning it over - again the skills are c*ap.
Geelong nail their passes. We just chip it up or kick it straight to the opposition.
On a positive note - Gaspar played well and with Kellaway and Hall next to him he's made to look good. Deledio looked dangerous and has great SKILLS! -He'll probably win the B & F!
Wallace will weild a sharp axe, but I'm not sure it will be this week, I mean who will come in? Tambling - for sure, Stafford?
I can see another 10 players finishing their career at seasons end.

Tivendale would be the obvious 'big name' to drop. Was starting to fall away during last season and seems to have continued that trend with his insipid performance today.

Hasn't missed a game in over 5 years, which is probably more then he deserves. If he isn't dropped this week then he would have one more chance at most.

This is where i want Wallace to stamp his disapproval on performances like today right from the start. None of this showing faith in the boys until they've earned it. Start with Tivendale, Roachy and a few others, and reward those that played well for Coburg this week. Make 'em fight for their spots.

Drop: Roach, Chaffey, Jackson, Graham/Kellaway
Include: Raines, Hartigan, Stafford, Moore

No way should Jackson be dropped. Just a kid and he'll learn from his mistakes unlike some of the lost causes in Tivendale, Chaffey, Campbell, Kellaway and Co.

For next week:

Roach out, even though I like the kid. Not ready.

Kellaway, Chaffey and Gaspar still can't kick, and cost ous four goals at least with their clangers, but we can't replace them yet. Gaspar was back as a good back man though and I'd keep him in. Replace Kellaway and Chaffey. They just depress the team.

Take Pettifer out for his sheer laziness. He too is a cancer on the team. He wouldn't chase a naked cheerleader if she was the last shag on earth! Opponents five metres away were considered too hard to chase.

IN: Tambling, Hartigan, Moore, Raines.

Out: Kellaway, Chaffey, Roach, Pettifer

Stafford would be worth a run I think.

Do we need to retain Ray Hall in the side just for his height in defence? The Hawks are likely to have Holland, Franklin and Everitt up forward at times, not sure whether Barker will be back for the Hawks.
