Not necessarily out at all at this stage as far as I know. I personally think he will get up for it.

If he misses this week, he'll be back next match against Richmond in two weeks. That was according to the HUN yesterday.

Bomber has stated that West will play in the VFL this week. I would suggest the Rooke will come in as they won't want to go too top heavy which is what they will be if Lonners plays. Rooke can play a variety of roles so his versatility might appeal when playing the Lions.
