I had a patient a few weeks back offer me some.

Making small talk I ask how he managed to get them, he'd had surgery that day, obviously hadnt travelled

Instead of just mentioning someone was nice enough to get him some, i was given a spiel about how he had friends in high places and he was utterly very important. He was obviously unaware I didnt really care and was simply being polite.

I can understand how spearmint and milk may seem like a gross combination, but nothing beats a spearmint milkshake!

Krispy Kreme was always gonna suffer when the fad wore off, especially when it costs about $3 for one donut. Donut vans with fresh jam donuts are so much cheaper and better.
