He has vision. He knows what he wants out of his players and knows how to get it out of them. His game plan might not be the best but as long as everyone knows what they are doing then any game plan can be successful.
Making players play with instinct rather than complex rules is they way to go IMO. Having a game plan and team rules so simple that you very quickly forget what you have to do and you do it by instinct. Thats what Brisbane do. They all know what each and everyone is going to do.
The players will also respect him. He has the runs on the ball and is very straight down the line.
Wallace also has a point to prove. A flag would be nice.
