Surely if Nadal is ever gunna win here, its this year?
Coming off his 1st tournament win on grass,he looks the one.

Federer looked a shadow of his former self at the French & seems to have lost his heir of invincibility.
Hasnt won a Slam this year & has only won 2/10 tournaments he's played.
Despite going for 6 in a row here,$2.10 looks short to me.

Women's looks a raffle to me

As i've learnt growing up is u should never write off a champion even when he seems vulnerable. I hope he comes out and proves everyone wrong and leaves egg on their faces.

Must admit this is his biggest test with Nadal and Djokovic braething down his neck but if anyone can prove the critics wrong its the Fed express.

Go Rodge

Going to be putting on plenty of multis, won a fair bit during the french, hopefully the same with wimbledon

I dont doubt him but at some stage the fire must not burn quite so strongly.
He's hardly been challenged in the last few years because he's had that aura around him...I dont see it now.

No-one has won 6 in a row in the modern era & as good as he is,I want to see him prove its still important to him.
He's not going as well & the two below him are flying.
Maybe he needs the challenge but he didnt look like it at the French.

At the price Im willing to take him on.

Schnyder to beat Dellacqua paying 1.80. Too much experience for Casey whose had alot of tennis over the past month. :thumbsu:

Follow tennis very closely,

Hewitt - Played well in a tough match against a bloke who will be very good in the next year or too but doesnt have the fitness or class to get
past fed and co.

Nalbandian as we speak is 2 sets 2-0 and a break down, dont like his chances.

Ferrer - Although not his prefered surface he is turning into a pretty darn good player, Best of your smokies, cant win though.

Soderling - Been a fan of this bloke for a year or so now and has landed me a couple of good collects which makes him just about my favourite player. Love the way he plays and is Capable of knocking off good players but unfortunately i am pretty sure he cant beat federer.

F Gonzalez - Has about as much chance of winning wimbledon as matthew scarlett kicking a hundred goals in a season. No chance, may beat a couple of shitcarters but will be looking to lay him against someone half decent that can play on grass, possibly even hewitt. (think they are in the same quarter.

Bartoli - Best surface is grass without a doubt, dont think she can repeat last years effort but hey you never know?

Hantuchova - Like the way she plays but would be a bit worried about her under the shilaly (spelling Not so sure, trying to say whip but be clever about it)

As for my tips

Mens

Very hard to go past one of the big three, i think for sure the winner will come out of these three. If i HAD to go for a roughie i would go for Andy Murray, Home crowd, loves the grass is a great player when right and may cause an upset or two.

Womens

Ivanovic is a big chance but i rate jankovic more on the grass for some reason. Safina is travelling great and another girl by the name of Agnieska radwanska has had fantastic lead up form, i think the winner will come out of these four but with womens tennis who knows.

My 2 cents.:)

Andreas Beck at $17 to beat Nadal tonight is crazy in a two horse race. I'm considering putting some down on the off chance Nadal gets injured ...

Nalbandian is having one hell of a crap year at the moment. I start punting on the tennis tonight, multi time.

I pretty much agree with sons of a gun, can't look past the top 3 in mens, and the womens is a bit of a lottery, as long as one of the williams does not win, I'll be happy.

In tennis, bets are cancelled if a player pulls out during a match due to injury.

Tonight :
Canas ($2.25) to beat Haas.

Canas has a 4-1 record against Haas with Haas's only victory against him coming in 2001. Canas has won his last three mataches against Haas in straight sets. Haas is now 30 and nearing the end of his career. Only has a 50% record this year and the betting should be the other way around in my opinion.
Canas also made the semis in Holland on grass last week so the surface won't be a problem.

Almagro ($1.35) to beat Granollers-Pujol
Almagro is a rising star currently ranked 12 in the world. Tonight he plays a Spanish unknown ranked 1039 in the world. Whilst Almagro is doubtful on grass there is no reason to believe his Spanish opponent would be any better either !!!!!!!

Almagro should be $1.05 here.

If you are keen on backin Federer, you may as well take the option on Betfair "No New Winner". Is paying the same price as Federer ($2.20), but will also cover you in the unlikely that Hewitt gets up.

Davydenko the piece of crap, I've got in a multi that match going 35games or under, and he loses the first set 6-4, slim chance of it going under 35 unless the guy ranked 140odd in the world beats him in straight set, or davy smashes him in the remander, not looking good though

Becker wins in 30 games, good result for you.

Yeh I know, more so because I loathe that weird alien looking davydenko, good to see him lose. Also sharapova's match went to 17games, so happy as about that as well. Got a result on one of multis already, now I just need Hantuchova to win her match and I have the other multi as well.

Looking bad hes two sets down.. since hes the last leg you put a bit on Melzer right

Nah, the mob i was betting with had already closed their betting on the Tennis so didn't get on. Had Joahnsson last night who came back from 2 sets down, lets see if Ljubicic can do the same.

2 bets for me tonight

Lucie Safarova vs Emilie Loit - Sets Total : (Straight) 3 Set Match @ 3.40 65.00

Boris Pashanski vs Chris Eaton - Match Betting 1: (3-0 Sets) Boris Pashanski @ 7.75 172.00
