When will West Coast win our next game?
The following games are against;
14 - Hawthorn – MCG – Despite loosing 2 of their last 4, will get back a number of players and you would think with Glass on half a leg and buddy kicking a total of 2 goals in the last 2 games he is due for a bag and subsequently West Coast given another flogging – With the bookmakers putting at $8 + to win its fair to say they are as confident as I am of a win over Hawthorn
15 - Richmond – Subi – Richmond are schizophrenic and could play terribly or sensationally. I still say we are underdogs for this game and are less then 50/50 to win.
16 - Brisbane – Gabba – Not sure how long Bradshaw and Lappin are from a comeback, but even with-out those two, too much class and at home would think another loss
17 - St Kilda – Subi – St Kilda always to play well against us. I’m sure Kozi will be back and will kick 5 in the 1st against us and then do nothing against any other club till he plays against WCE again. St Kilda will once again be fighting for their lives to stay in the 8 at this point and will want the win more. Slightly in favour of St Kilda for this one.
18 – Fremantle – Subi – The extra week at home might keep our legs a little fresher then Freo’s. This game is always tough to decide on so as much chance as Freo to win 50/50. The only one I really really want to win.
19 – Essendon –Subi – Chance to get one back over the bombers and the 1st time we might go in as favorites. Lloyd to do nothing (as he will do so for the rest of the season) and lucas to kick 7, but West Coast to get over the line.
20 – Melbourne – MCG – 50/50
21 - Hawthorn – Subi – Unlikely to win with Hawthorn vying for a top 2 finish, they will be to strong and want it much more. Everyone to wreak havock
22 – Geelong – Skilled – Potentially will be our greatest ever loosing margin, should we put in the same performance as we did aginst them the last time we met. With Geelong finishing minor premiers and WCE vying for the best draft pick possible we will be pumped again.
I don’t think I’m being too cruel in my assessment of WCE chances this for the rest of the season. Best case win/loss senario I see us winning 5 of the last 9 (Tigers, Saints, Freo, Dons and the Dees), worst case senario I see is winning 1 of the next 9 (Essendon at home).
Interested to know how many people think we will win.
