I'm convinced we're better than last year.

We'll pick most of those up later in the season when a few of the middle tier teams shut up shop.

This is still where I'm at. Super tough draw upfront is muddying things a bit.

The Fremantle loss is the only 50/50 game that we've dropped so far. Only the most optimistic supporters would have pencilled in a win against Carlton and GWS. Fremantle at 3-0 might also just be good now as well. If they've found their 2022 form, then that's another side that we probably shouldn't be beating at this stage.

Our start to the year is frustrating, but gives us a great chance to figure some things out against quality opposition. From round 6 we get a stretch of Hawks, Crows, Saints, Suns, and Bombers and should be looking to win at least two or three of those.

The Hawks are not great but at least have a balanced side. We have a dog's breakfast due to poor list management. It's winnable but we won't start favourites.

We got a horrid draw, it was always going to be a tough start.

Don't know how many games we'll win, but I'm sticking with my prediction of bottom four.

Wet Toast will best us over there, pencil in a Dawkthorn win in Launceston.

I think we'll end up around 6 wins. It can't be understated that our opponents are 9-0 this year so far, so we have played against some high quality opponents.

We should definitely be a great chance against Hawks, Eagles, Bombers, Crows and Suns.

Also, just quietly, we might be a sneaky chance to knock off Brisbane in Norwood this week as well.
