Seems like I was the lucky one here (had a green mid-consonant off line 1 which set me up and suggested double vowel). Cruyff14 and cats_09 held ground, Tubbs tumbled doubly over par, and we saw the leaders make a joint retreat with Redman also slipping back to equal last. But despite all that we have still had a full completion rate for the past twelve holes. Chances are, someone is bound to at least finish the tournament barring catastrophic collapse, and following from that it appears the title race is down to three players.

Just a heads up, there will be a 19th playoff in the case of tied scores in the lead, rather than countback or joint title.

I thought I would give this a try while laying in bed. Started off okay, woke myself up when my phone obviously dropped and smacked me in the head. :p:D

Great effort to tackle it on a phone screen - I thought that it was small enough on an iPad, not sure I'd try it on a phone

I agree with it as more of a lunch time thing though

I tend to find Octordle onwards the easier ones, and Quordle the one I struggle with the most

As you said the larger ones are time consuming, but they feel easier with how you can eliminate letters & that a random early guess won't necessarily hurt

From Quordle onwards I use four starting words to try most of the letters, which doesn’t leave much margin for error.
