Now it's the next day I don't mind replying to this - I've seen the word come up a few times in the longer games

I know this is now run by NY Times, but maybe the person in charge of yesterday's word has links to Southern California - San Diego has quite a strong connection to yesterdays word

It's still yesterday for me but it doesn't help. I've got the 2nd and 3rd letter green after 2 guesses but nothing else. I've sat on this all day.
