Think it’s better for this team to go with 4-2-4, or a defensive 4-1-3-2 and play to its strengths.

Wing backs isn’t working. Add some attacking and allow support for Miller and Bos. Either play one or McGree or Hrustic not both.
If Duke is up forward, it’s better to have width crossing in. He can use his strength and power in the air

That's standard for all Asian international breaks.
No other continent has a 14 hour flight for an away game though.
Would love a win, but a draw is a reasonable result tomorrow. Basically we're likely to be part of a big logjam of teams and avoiding a loss keeps the bunch together

Given our struggle to score, I'll take goals any way they come.
Good thing about it is Bahrain will be forced to play rather than just try and run down the clock to eke out a draw. Hopefully we can exploit the space that will create.

Was it just me or did it look like Yengi's shot was off target until the keeper got a glove on it?
Just horrible football all round.
First the Bahrainis let Australia pass up the right wing with simple triangles.
Then they let Yengi get out the back.
Then they miss the interception (but Yengi is too slow to capitalise).
Then they backpass a perfect pass to Yengi.
Then Yengi appears to miss his shot but the keeper palms it in.
