Wild was a stinker of a kick, and a bit slow so he kept getting caught and shanking it, or he just shanked it. Good handball and fairly fit, but kicking is such a visible flaw.I know he’s been mentioned but Jason Wild was the worst guy I can remember who played over 50 games, his career coincided with some poor years for the Pies, but man he was ordinary….From my own club I can say Peter Street was a very bad player, not sure how many games he played though.

Dane Swan was the worst looking great footballer, looked like he should of been horrible but was a star.

I'll always have my premiership medal though.Shane Clayton
your tripping if you think its Hyde - man played just under 100 gamesIt's Chris "Get Off" Hyde. Couldn't do anything well unless you wanted him on the interchange. Running to the bench he was always the fastest man on the field.
Wasn't he a tagger because he had limited skills for anything else? Distinctly remember him playing that role at times. Think the Pies liked that he was a bit rough around the edges.Wild was a stinker of a kick, and a bit slow so he kept getting caught and shanking it, or he just shanked it. Swan looked like a suburban footballer. Still not sure how he ended up as good as he was TBH. Was never that skillful but was very durable and quick.Dane Swan was the worst looking great footballer, looked like he should of been horrible but was a star.
Think he had skill he's problem was he had the body of a 5 year old and any reasonable contact he got hurt. Couldn't put weight on either so it was unfortunate for him. You don't get drafted if there's not at least 1 trait recruiters like. He had neat skills when given a full run it.Have not read through the thread so don't know if already mentioned - Josh Thurgood. Lots of heart but no skill and a fragile body
Yes we called him a tagger because he was a decent tackler, and if we called him a midfielder too many people would have died laughing.Wasn't he a tagger because he had limited skills for anything else?
