I don't get why everyone is carrying on about what Guy said. He is dead right - if Mitchell is going to carry on like a diva backstage (and go around slamming doors when he receives constructive criticism as we saw bits of on last nights show), he isn't going to last long in the industry. It's clear that Mitchell's behaviour was unacceptable, and Guy simply pointed it out in a cool, calm and professional manner.

IMO, it was Mel B who overreacted with the 'well if I knew you'd been rude to crew' remark while flapping her arms around.

Professional would have been behind closed doors, not on live TV with a studio audience. Imagine how horrible it would have been for him standing there, knowing everyone was hearing it. It had nothing to do with his performance, shouldn't have been brought up there.

In saying that, I think he is a douche, I don't want him to win, and I don't like him very much at all.

I'm glad Guy did what he did. Sometimes, the only way to get through to people is to publicly disgrace them. Obviously, Natalie tried to do it behind closed doors as did a number of the backstage crew. His treatment was poor not only of Nat but of the crew as well. Clearly when she did her dash with him the crew had a bit to say and he never responded in a professional manner.

Good on Guy for doing what he did. Would rather see a guy humiliated on stage for one night and learn to grow up than to continually put up with piss poor behavior then have the guy go out into the world of professional music and pull an Oasis. It didn't cost him the public vote so really the only thing it could do is pull the guy into line. If he keeps acting like a douche, he knows the judges will have no problem outing him for piss poor behavior. I think it will be the last we hear about it.

I am convinced Mitch is a bastard. He followed by fiance on twitter and had the hide to ask her out for dinner. It clearly states on her profile she is engaged to me lol. He has a girlfriend, so I guess it shows what type of person he is.

Week four power rankings

1) Reece
Alanis Morissette, IRONIC
Despite a strange song choice, he nailed his performance once again. All I can say is the guy is a genius for a sixteen-year-old.

2) Young Men Society
Michael Jackson, BLACK OR WHITE
Again, a nasty song choice, but they did enough to entertain me. They haven't been as good as I have expected in the last two weeks, but let's be honest, you either enjoy them or you don't, and they definitely work for me. Every week, every performance, they murder the dance floor, and their hip hop style complements their dance moves very well.

3) Three Wishez
Ol' Dirty Bastard, GHETTO SUPERSTAR
A good song choice for them. Again, Sophia and Fred Dog were friggen brilliant. They would both be successful solo artists in different genres, and as a duet they would be magnificent. There is a clear weak link in this group, though, so hopefully Joe can pick up his effort.

4) Christina
Cranberries, ZOMBIE
I might be on my lonesome here, but I didn't like the song choice for her. Not that she didn't do a good job, I thought she did it quite well, but I prefer to see her rock the dance floor Avril Lavigne style. No doubt she has a good voice, but I'm not convinced it's her complete strength. I wouldn't pay money to see her in last night's performance. I would definitely pay to see her rock to All American Rejects' Gives You Hell and Kelly Clarkson's Since You Been Gone, though.

5) Audio Vixen
Tina Arena, CHAINS
I didn't mind the song choice, they did another good job. They dropped one spot from last week due to a below par performance from Ross. It was hard to even recognise his voice. I know he can do better than that, so I haven't marked the overall performance too harshly.

6) Andrew
Sinead O'Connor, NOTHING COMPARES 2 U
Great song choice for Andrew, and he friggen nailed it. I say it every week and I'll say it again, unless he has an absolutely brilliant voice (he only had a very good one), he needs to do more than just stand there and sing to make it as a star. I'm not sure he has what it takes to pull out the dance moves, but I'd love to see him try. He could no doubt still be successful regardless.

7) Declan
Nirvana, SMELLS LIKE TEEN SPIRIT
He made an absolute mockery of the greatest song of all time. To pull this off in a solo act, you have to be an extremely unique singer, and even then it's risky. Declan is unique, and if any remaining solo artist was to pull it off, my money would have been on either him or Reece, so considering he fluffed it, I'm very disappointed with him. He has had two ordinary performances in consecutive weeks and, to be honest, the only reason he isn't in my bottom two is based on potential. His best performances have been great. His worst performances have been shockers. Needs to find consistency.

8) Johnny
Meatloaf, I'D DO ANYTHING FOR LOVE
I liked the song choice, and I enjoyed his performance. I actually thought it was his best performance to date and I'd be very surprised if he made the bottom two. The teeny boppers (and my Aunty) love him, and his performance last night wasn't bottom two material. His voice is improving, but still has a long way to go. He makes up for it with solid dance moves. What the hell is with his costumes, though? Last week the pants, this week the jacket. That's only a minor issue, don't wanna be too picky.

9) Mitchell
REM, EVERYBODY HURTS
A good song choice (why was Nat the only mentor who nailed every song choice?) and he was solid vocally. Like Andrew, he needs to do more than just stand there. His voice isn't as good as Andrew's, so not hard to see why he is rated so low from me, but he has shown ability to move around the dance floor (although not that well), so he needs to work on that.

I find it interesting that Mel B said she wouldn't send it to deadlock (which indicates she was going to send Johnny home), then votes to send Audio Vixen home which results in deadlock.

I always knew that if it went to deadlock AV were gone. They're outstanding singers, but lack that X Factor

Audio Vixen have 100x the talent he has, yet they get kicked off. It's farcical!

Also, im surprised Mel B put Johnny through, since at the very start she said he couldn't sing (which is true). His voice is just so god damn weak.

Worst result of the series so far.

I thought I had made up my mind who I wanted to see sent home when the bottom two was announced. After Ruffo's performance, there was absolutely no way in hell I had made up my mind. I was quite simply flabbergasted with his performance. Really, really, really good. Well done to him.

Then Audio Vixen stepped up to the plate and gave a b-e-a-utiful rendition of Queen's Some Body to Love, which totally made me torn as to which act I'd like to see sent home.

I'm disappointed to see Audio Vixen gone, but I'm not shattered. Not after Australia finally discovered that Johnny can actually sing.

It was probably his best performance, yes, but his best performance is comparable to AV's worst.
I see it as a singing competition, so the best singers should go through.
I know that's not the way it is supposed to be seen though, but I reckon that's stupid .

Also, am I the only one who hates Declan? I get what they are doing with him, but does he really need a damn cane every week? Seems pretty tacky to me.
He also does the same thing every single week. Starts the song off slow, trying to control it, then ends up doing some horrible sounding screams.

I had a watch. I loved Declan performance, yes a little out of tune at the start but it was original and interesting and got hell better near the end. It is what music needs today badly but yeah can understand why it was hard 'to get'. As for its a classic, gosh Kurt hated that song, would be rolling in his grave thinking that song was untouchable.

As for the rest, Andrew can sing but thats it really. Reece should be singing rock songs not bloody female songs, he would be better for it. Mitchell was great, country singers would be jealous of his voice lol

That girl, Christina is it? that sung 'zombie' did an awful job, yep I do not think she is actually any good. The rest were terrible. Most are always terrible.

Overall this show annoys me. Needs more rock/metal/alternative singers hence the reason why I liked that Delcan kid. To all honestly though, he wont win and would be better off not winning.
