Interesting that a lot of the rookies drafted this year are recycled players from other clubs or players being re-drafted from the main list onto the rookie list. Perhaps a nod to the apparent lack of depth in this year's draft crop.

Don't know why the AFL just doesn't pass a rule where clubs can move players from main list to the rookie list or re-rookie them without having to go through sham of the draft
