I was tossing up between Waite........just does the unpredictable.....even when its bad..........and Bower......great hair....was my avatar until he shed the locks.........but went with the potential excitement and domination that one man could produce IF he develops in the next few years.

I voted because he has a great attitude, doing his own running etc prior to starting pre-season just to get into shape. IF he becomes what we all hope he will, I think he will re-invent what a ruckman can be. Just needs to learn his craft, and with his pace and leap can be doing things in the centre sq that will make most other rucks drool.

Why?

Just because you don't like him doesn't mean no one else should either. Maybe some people see something in him? Maybe they know him personally? Maybe they've met him and think he's a good bloke?

This constant bashing of Russell and putting him down every single time his name is brought up on this board is getting sickening. Imagine if he stumbled onto this site one day. I am not saying don't give constructive criticism on his performances, weaknesses etc but stop there. These personal vendettas and bagging the crap out of him at every single opportunity leaves a sour taste.

The season's over, move on. Wait for next year to bag him about his football but he's still a kid trying to make it in the big time so for now shut the **** up.

Jordan Russell has a great knack of being able to find space by himself, what lets him down and frustrates me more than anything is his disposal, jordan needs to start today and have 2 hours of kicking practice with someone like craig bradley from now until round 1, YES i have been harsh on him but its purely through frustration any player who puts on a carlton jumper is on my side, i would like to see jordan make it, but he needs to improve his disposal and be settled in one position, Cranium, at least your man enough to admit you voted for him and i applauad you for that.

It would have been a tough one if there was a Jamison option... Reminds me so much of SOS the way he comes out of nowhere and gets a hand in to spoil the ball. Can play on the taller oponents and smaller types...

But there is something about GRIGGA that i like... I think its his agro and X factor.

I cant split Jamison or Grigg, so i went for Grigg because there was an option for him
