Had $25 on Fowler before round 1 at $41... Bet gave me a great ride for 4 days, unfortunately I didn't go the each way option.

Interestingly only 2 players (Scott and Lowry) from the Thursday afternoon groups finished in the top 15. I think Scott did pretty well given he had arguably the worst tee times (as it turned out) for Thursday and Friday (weather wise).

Great post... unfortunately this is not uncommon at the Open Championship.. 1 tee start, variation in tee times from 6:45am to 4pm gives massive scope for conditions to change!!

an enjoyable round in close to freezing temps. i would say 3-4 degrees tops at tee off after dangerous drivin conditions including ice on windscreen.

started off like house on fire, 21 pts after 9. then crumbled with 11 thereafter. sigh.

just missed out on prizemonie$

wind was ok, normal for that part of town.

fantastic day at NSW golf club. really enjoyed it. a linksy type course with brilliant ocean views. signature hole par 3 hitting over a small cove thingo. tee accessible only via a bridge. lol.

Great course - had a ripper round going around there when I played - went about 2 inches off hole in one on the short, short 11th.
Then carved 3 balls OOB on the third last hole (par 5 along the back fence) and farked it all up...

The tea tree/scrub is very close on some of those holes...

Kinda like eagle ridge today..except yours are blue with green fairways, clean sand and what appears to be gorgeous greens.

Format really doesnt suit me but was fun.
Nett 57.25...not bad ihear you say
We missed 4 ...6ft-8ft putts

However winning team with a handicap of 13 (combined 104 handicaps)
ALLEGEDLY shoot 64 off the stick for nett 51.

Win by 4.5 shots.

I call BULLDUST!!!!!

ER is great but right now is too too wet. Fairways are mud spotted badly.

battled pre game fog and darkness to get to the first tee of moonah National. perfect conditions, except for sanded greens that slightly slowed usually fast as greens.

greenskeepers everywhere, raking bunkers and attending to vegetation. it was like we were following them.

great front 9 with 16 pts, well great for me. back 9 shit.

Great course Mornington, played it over a year ago & a few holes are just spectacular!

Love the par 3 on the front nine with the ocean backdrop;
Par 3 16th (I think) which is right on the cliff top and hole 12 (I think) downhill par 5 toward the water...
