My friends on their Golfing holiday down in Tassie are on Ratho Farm today. A golf course with its own truly unique character. Worth a look.

It's great fun. If they're heading up north they must play Quamby.

They said it was mint....some of the greens were very hard (not soft). Good weather today.

Magnificent day absorbing vitamin D at the national today. Sometimes in golf youre unconscious hitting balls out of the middle. Then one bad hole, a 3 putt from 3m approx, stuffs the rest of the round. angry face.

Peninsula Kingswood yesterday. Didnt lose a ball, and played well. Drove poorly but always found said ball and had a shot. Like Pklz shot in the 80s. I give thanks to my game around the greens both in bunkers and fringes which was superior.

Junior vs Senior today. We both drove horribly. Jnr striped his irons all day. I had 7 less putts than him. Was all square on the 18th tee....I bladed a bunker shot and walked off with a double to be beaten by a shot.

Played with a guy who's in our Div 2 Pennant. The greens have been firmed up as we have the Div 2 final at home tomorrow. Guys wanted them firmed up to give them an advantage.
