I'm in the city of Monash, but when it comes to state elections and such we have to vote as though we are part of "the city of Whitehorse". I'm not sure how that works, but anyway.

Where I am at the federal level when voting im part of Aston but its changing over to Deakin for the next federal election and at the state level when voting im part of Forest Hill. The LGA is just the district you are in and is slightly different from an electorate.

I'm a resident of one of the most useless and expensive council districts in Victoria; the Shire of Nillumbik.

I wonder which local government area has the most AFL teams? There are none in Port Phillip, used to be two.

City of Melbourne would have: Carlton, Collingwood, Melbourne, North Melbourne (maybe) and Richmond.

Although the suburb Richmond is in the city of Yarra (as is Collingwood) but i think it's Punt Rd that is the boundary.

Maribyrnong - Bulldogs
Monash - Hawks
Moonee Valley - Essendon
Frankston - St Kilda
