There is a lot of hype surrounding this match, a lot of pointing from the top of the premier's podium, but not a lot of backing it up when it comes to making an accountable prediction.

So, it is c)ck on the block time.

What is the result going to be..?

Let me start us off, Saints by 13pts...

Let me start by laughing at your prediction. Cats by 20+

If the Dogs can put us away by 38 Geelong definitely can. We'd need a drastic turn around to win this one, but it could be done. Cats by 30+

My biased view says Saints in a close one.

Saints wary of rebounding Cats

St Kilda midfielder Luke Ball fears Geelong could return to its premiership winning form this Saturday when the Saints clash with the Cats at Docklands.

Geelong struggled to overcome bottom side Melbourne last week, before eventually winning by 30 points.

Ball says Geelong's performance against Melbourne was out of character.

"They had a few different distractions down there, with the unfurling of the flag and that sort of stuff as well before the game, so no doubt they weren't happy with their performance," he said.

"It wasn't their best performance, but if you look at their first two rounds, you've got to focus on that more."

Should be a great game. Both teams were a bit down last week and have something to prove. I expect this to be an arm-wrestle for 2 1/2 quarters before Geelong pull away to a 6-7 goal win. It will be tighter than that score suggests though.

Saints really need a couple of their big forwards to kick a bag but I have faith in our backline. I'm not too sure that the Saints are slow like the media has suggested but I think the Cat's slick ball movement might cause some problems.

I'm leaning toward either the first or last choice and anything in between. I really cant fathom the side at the moment.
