I think that Lids will be going to GWS for pick 15, Richmond trades pick 15 to Geelong (satisfying the AFL that Geelong is using a first round pick this year) for Caddy and Geelong trades their 2017 first round pick to Carlton for Tuohy.

That ruling has unlocked options for the Cats in dealing with Carlton for Tuohy. Geelong will give up the future first and then get Tuohy with both clubs then being involved in a pick swap.

The deal is agreed in principle but the clubs are only waiting on trades with other clubs to deliver some of the picks that will be used in the pick swap.

So it's likely to be something like:

Blues send Tuohy and 2017 2nd to Geelong for 2017 1st and 27 (acquired from Tigers for Caddy)
