Richmond pre-season are way too close to stylised training style tops. They do it year and year and year. Try something different, even if it's a heritage style stripe.

Richmond 2016 preseason jumper.

That's a very 'Eh' jumper. It's horrific but if we keep our cash grab jumpers to the preseason, that's fine.
That being said, Bacon Warrior did a ripper a little while back.

Genuinely rank jumper. If the colours weren't a trainwreck it'd be as bad as the piss stain.

The big Tiger is bad enough. But then you have, like that shocker of a Lions jumper, side elements that don't match up with the shoulder elements. Then the bottom sidepanel, one 'claw' ends up overtaking the design. In fact, the whole thing prioritises side panels over design! The most obvious colour is the little pissy swirls and stabs and not the, you know, club logo.

Richmond have long had the shittest merchandise and this continues it on. Their off field work is atrocious and taps between outright bogan and country netball-apparel provider. And then their pre-season and training strips have always been reactionary to trends (ie the shitty early 2000s claw – irony aside, just a pretty bad, classless, empty looking design).

With colours so complementary and a sash design they can really concentrate on, it's just frustrating.

Either way, any AFL merchandise that isn't covered in sponsor logos is always a nice change-up, even when it's a bit out there.
