no prior, all you have to do is try to dispose, if you drop it whilst trying to legitimately dispose of it then it is play on, it's only a free if you deliberately drop it

That's why when players have an arm pinned in a tackle and they try to dispose of it by hand but fail to connect it's a free kick 100% of the time, then?
