2014 Breakout Players

Which players do you see becoming much better in the 2014 season?

I've got a few. Josh Caddy will finally deliver on the promise he has shown and put in a very consistent season as a midfielder for the Cats. Lachie Henderson will build on his 2013 season and become All-Australian. Harley Bennell is also one I see who could become one of the games best midfielders. He's slowly been improving year by year since being drafted.

Obviously there are plenty of other candidates. Who do you think is a good chance at breaking out?

From my club: Jack Watts, he played some excellent footy this year and I think it won't take Roos long to really get him going.

From the rest of the league: Michael Walters, he's already good but I think next season he becomes the best small forward in the competition.

McGovern from the eagles,just been upgraded to the senior list and should have an impact next year.Would have played a fair bit this year had he not been injured.Hoping our other upgraded rookies,jamie bennell and simon Tunbridge can show something too.

Seriously, Guthrie from Geelong is classy, Hamish Hartlett to move to the top shelf, Brad Hill with another pre season and Loebe to mature into a very good ruckmen.

At the top end, Dangerfield and Fyfe in a two horse race to the brownlow.

Jed Anderson will play a lot more football and should become a regular

Issac Smith is ready to become a bloke that gets tagged every week

yep he was very good in the forward line in the pre season.We missed that link up big man that lynch was good at.If he is a success deep in the forward line kennedy could move up the ground a bit,he has a huge tank.There should be a bit of competition between Mcgovern and Mcinnes too.
can see darlings role changing a bit too,maybe not so much of a KPF ,more of a flanker
