From what I've seen your defense lacks players with good aerial games, you really need another player beside Hurley. Your midfield needs more young guns too as the guys you've gone to get are older guys from other clubs who have either peaked already and are in decline or are plagued with injury. You'll most likely go with the mid as their is a glaring lack of Key Defenders around this year.

There are a few inside types too. Mathieson, Clarke, O'Kearney will all go inside the top 20 or so. Depth is in the outside types and good ball users. A few good rucks too.

At this point between pick 45-Rookie, closer to the rookie side but if he shows a fair bit could be closer to the 3rd round. Good ruckman with this sort athleticism don't come around too often.

12 - It is between quite a few players here we could continue down the trend of big utilities/mids with the standouts being Charlie Curnow, Greg Clark, Aaron Francis and Harley Balic or go for the remaing KPP prospect.

34- if he is available here then Brayden Fiorini. He is killing it at the moment. Mitch Antonio, Stefan Tahana and Matthew Allen should be in the picture, Lachlan Tardrew too if he can continue to perform and have a good champs. Kieran Collins is a KPD that could go around here too.


54- if we are going for a ruck or fwd/ruck now would be the time. Gach Nyuon would be the standout he'd fit in so well to our structure, another is Tim Sullivan. Harrison McKay if we want a player who can keep Boyd out of the ruck and kick goals. Either we do this or we go with the best player available at the pick.

Ayce Cordy is included as one of our KPF players & obviously they've listed Roberts as a KPD

I hope that the rookie list is cleared out (exception of R.Smith) to make way for more Dahlhaus's & JJ's

I can agree with most of this but I would like a ruckman later in the draft. I know he won't be ready for 2-5 years but our choices at the moment aren't great and we need to bring one in on top of drafting one.
Rookie clean out is a must.

Trade wise the only guys I'd be interested in are from the Gold Coast and then that could be costly because we won't be the only team trying to poach them. We need more than one ruck though if we do get one of those guys we'd still need another to develop. Can't continue to just trade these sort of players in.

In saying this Minson is in hot water, would be looking to trade him.
