And to rub salt into the wounds, they go back to the rooms AFTER the song during the news. So all they missed the song for was to have the bloody intro to the news. Yeah good form. AFL is becoming a joke. Andy D needs to stand up like a man and take control

I kept waiting for a "For the first time in 72 years, the Swans are the champions of the AFL," a "For all those Sydney Swans/South Melbourne supporters, who've waited 72 years for the premiership, HERE IT IS!" or a "Who could have thought the SEQUEL would be just as good as the ORIGINAL!" or a "Geelong are the premiers for 2007! It's fair dinkum unbelievable!"
Clarko had a stab at it with "We're a happy team at Hawthorn!" But even that was dismal.
****, bring back channel 10, and bring back Swans/Eagles Grand Finals.
This entire ****ing year has been a joke with only the surprise at the end of the Hawks getting on top. Boring Finals Series, boring year where top three were known five weeks in.
Bring on '09! Channel 10 get the GF again!

Perhaps if Hawthorn didn't stand around for 5 minutes waiting to start the song may have made the broadcast. It's more Hawthorn's fault than Seven's.

How the **** is it the club's fault? It's their ****ing day, not Seven's. They can do whatever they want, and Seven should follow them around like an obedient dog. Today's Grand Final felt like it was the other way around which is pathetic.

bloody annoying that they didn't show the team song after the game as it was approaching 4pm perth time. croad and dew were just walking in the door as they cut back to bruce. Also being in perth we have to wait 2 hours to see the news!
